✨ IF I BUY A GAME, DO I HAVE TO PLAY ON THE SAME DAY?

No, you are not required to play on the same day of purchase. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email containing the game instructions, a login ID, and a password to access your game. These codes and passwords are valid for life. This means that if you had planned to play tomorrow at 2:00 PM and the weather unfortunately doesn't cooperate, the codes remain valid as long as you haven't used them yet.

✨ DO I HAVE TO MEET SOMEONE IN PERSON ON THE DAY?

No, this game is self-guided. There is no host at the start or on the route. Indeed, you play whenever you like (day and time of your choice).

✨ WE WANT TO TAKE A BREAK DURING THE ROUTE

That is possible. Close the application and, when you relaunch it, click on "continue last game." And the timer? Don't panic! The time will keep running, but the game will not stop after 1 hour 30 minutes. Make sure to resume the game within the same day.

✨ THE SMARTPHONE HAS NO BATTERY LEFT

Close the application on the dead phone. Then, enter the login details into a new phone to resume exactly where you left off.

✨ HOW DO I RETRIEVE THE PHOTOS/VIDEOS?

All your creations are automatically saved to your smartphone.

✨ WE ARE STUCK ON A RIDDLE

If you encounter difficulties with a riddle and your team is stuck, do not hesitate to contact us by phone at 022 552 24 20, every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

✨ DO WE HAVE TO WALK FOR 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES?

No, it is not necessary to walk for 1 hour 30 minutes. The walking area is actually concentrated in Vieux-Carouge. However, the estimated time of 1 hour 30 minutes is generally due to the time spent solving the riddles and completing the challenges offered by the game.

✨ CAN WE PARTICIPATE WITH CHILDREN?

Of course. However, the complexity of some riddles may quickly cause younger ones to lose interest. That is why we created "SOS: Stolen Monuments!", a game specially designed for children (8-13 years old) that is more playful and adapted to their age.
