How to play?
Before D-Day
- Download the LOQUIZ app on a smartphone (1 smartphone = 1 team) - On the Play Store (for Android), or on the App Store (for IOS)
- Download and print (or copy) the sheet below (1 per team: you will need it on D-Day)
During D-Day
You can play on the day and at the time of your choice. (even if you have selected a date on a booking platform)

- Go to the LOQUIZ app
- Enter ID*
- Enter the password* (1 per team/smartphone)
- Follow the instructions and go! * communicated in your booking email

Frequently Asked Questions
✨ IF I BUY A GAME, DO I HAVE TO PLAY IT THE SAME DAY?
No, you are not required to play on the day of purchase. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email containing the game instructions, a login ID, and a password to access your game. These codes and passwords are valid for life. This means that if you planned to play tomorrow at 2:00 PM and the weather does not cooperate, the codes remain valid as long as you have not used them yet.
✨ DO I NEED TO PHYSICALLY MEET SOMEONE ON THE DAY?
No, this game is self-guided. There is no host at the start or along the route. You can play whenever you want (day and time of your choice).
✨ WE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A BREAK DURING THE ROUTE
That is possible. Close the app and, when you relaunch it, click on "continue last game." And the timer? Don't panic! Time will keep running, but the game will not stop after 1.5 hours. Please make sure to resume the game on the same day.
✨ MY SMARTPHONE RAN OUT OF BATTERY
Close the application on the dead phone. Then enter your credentials on a new phone to pick up right where you left off.
✨ HOW DO I RETRIEVE THE PHOTOS/VIDEOS?
All your captures are automatically saved to your smartphone (in the LOQUIZ folder on some phones).
✨ WE ARE STUCK ON A PUZZLE
If you encounter difficulties with a puzzle and your team is stuck, do not hesitate to contact us by phone at 022 552 24 20, every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
✨ CAN WE PARTICIPATE WITH CHILDREN?
Of course. However, the story theme, the reading, and the complexity of certain puzzles may quickly cause younger children to lose interest. That is why we created "SOS: Monuments Volés," a game specially designed for children (8-13 years old) that is more fun and adapted to their age.
